|TESORO LOGISTICS LP ANNOUNCES 24TH CONSECUTIVE QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION INCREASE|
SAN ANTONIO - April 19, 2017 - Tesoro Logistics LP (NYSE:TLLP) today announced the declaration of its quarterly cash distribution for the first quarter 2017 of $0.94 per limited partnership unit, or $3.76 on an annualized basis. This distribution represents a 3.3% increase over the quarterly distribution of $0.91 per unit, or $3.64 per unit on an annualized basis, paid in February 2017. This represents the 24th consecutive quarterly increase. The first quarter distribution will be paid May 15, 2017 to all unitholders of record as of May 5, 2017. In the prior four quarters, TLLP has increased its distribution to limited partners by 16%.
